The Monthly Explorer subscription

The Monthly Explorer is a recurring subscription. By subscribing, you agree that your chosen payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days, unless you cancel, pause or skip your subscription before the next renewal date.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at:

Cancellation timing

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal payments.

If your next payment has already been taken, or if your pack has already been personalised, prepared, packed or dispatched, cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for your next pack, please cancel at least [3 working days] before your next renewal date.

Pausing or skipping

Where available, you may pause or skip a monthly delivery through your customer account.

A pause or skip must be completed before your next renewal payment is processed.

Refunds after renewal

If your subscription renews and you contact us before your pack has been personalised, prepared or dispatched, we may be able to cancel that pack and issue a refund.

If your pack has already entered preparation, been personalised, packed or dispatched, we may not be able to refund that renewal unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or your statutory rights apply.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, our system may automatically retry the payment. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Price changes

If subscription prices change, we will aim to give reasonable notice before the new price applies to your renewal.

Gift subscriptions

If you purchase a gift subscription, the subscription will continue for the period or plan selected at checkout.

If the gift subscription is recurring, the purchaser is responsible for managing cancellation before the next renewal payment.
