Our products

Mama Edo’s Stories provides children’s African story mail products, including monthly story packs, printed booklets, letters, recipe cards, activity cards, collector cards and related cultural learning materials.

Product images are provided for guidance. Because our products may include printed materials, illustrated items and handmade or small-batch design elements, slight variations may occur.

Who can buy from us

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

Our products are designed for children and families, but purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept and process your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

payment is not authorised;
the product is unavailable;
there is an error in the product listing, price, or description;
we suspect fraud or misuse of our website;
delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Payment is taken securely through our approved payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you agree that your chosen payment method will be charged automatically according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.

The Monthly Explorer is billed every 30 days, unless cancelled, paused, or skipped according to the options available in your customer account.

You are responsible for managing your subscription before the next renewal date. Once a subscription payment has been processed and a pack has entered preparation, we may not be able to cancel that specific pack.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, seasonal demand, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Use of our website

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.

misuse of our products;
minor differences between product images and the final printed item.
